A OBITUARIES Alice S. Chapman VILLE PLATTE Funeral services for Mrs. Isom Chapman, the former Alice Soileau, 81, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church here with burial in Evangeline Memorial Cemetery. Mrs.

Chapman, a resident of Ville Platte, died at 11 a.m. Friday in Savoy Medical Center in Mamou. Survivors include: a son, Hollis D. Chapman of Baton Rouge; a daughter, Eugene (Sherrell) LeBoeuf of 'Ville Platte; two sisters, Mrs. Thelma Spears of Conroe, Texas and Mrs.

Margie Rayon of Port Arthur, Texas; eight grandchildren; and three great Visiting hours are from 8:30 a.m.10 p.m. today and from 7 a.m. until time of services on Monday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.

Leighton D. McLeod Funeral services for Mr. Leighton Douglas McLeod, 85, will be held at 2. p.m. today in Louisiana Memorial United Methodist Church in Opelousas with burial in Bellevue Memorial Park.

Mr. McLeo, a resident of Opelousas, died at 7:50 a.m. Friday in Senior Village Nursing Home in Opelousas. He was the former owner of McLeod Brothers Auto Supply Co. in Opelousas, a member of the Masonic Lodge, Young At Heart Club and AARP.

Survivors include: his wife, Margaret Sawyer McLeod of Opelousas; a son, Leighton Donald McLeod of Houston, Texas; a daughter, Margaret Ann Cooke of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; and six greatgrandchildren. Donations should be made to the Shriners Childrens Hospital in Shreveport or the Louisiana Memorial United Methodist Church. Sibille Funeral Home of Opelousas is in charge of arrangements. Trahan, 96, will 1 be held 10 a.m. Monday in Holy Ghost Catholic Church. with burial in the St. Landry Cemetery Mausoleum. Mrs.

Trahan, a resident of Opelousas, died at 7 p.m. March 12 at Prompt Succor Nursing Home. Survivors include three sons, James Trahan and Leonard Trahan, both of Opelousas, and Clarence Trahan of Inglewood, three daughters, Mrs. Maydelle Trahan Guidry of Houston, Texas, Mrs. Edna Trahan Darjean of Beaumont, Texas, and Sister Mary Leonard Trahan of New Orleans; 31 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and USL business alumni seek top alumnus nominees LAFAYETTE The USL College of Business Administration Alumni Chapter is seeking nominees for its second annual Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Schexsndayer of Melville, Delwood Schexsnayder of Republic, James A. Schexsnayder of Kenner and Gerald W. Miller of Opelousas. Peter Catholic Church here with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Washington. Mr. Quebedeaux, a resident of Carencro, a native of Grand Coteau and a former resident of St. Landry Parish for most of his life, died at 7 a.m. Friday at his residence.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines having served in World War II and participated in action against the Japanese in Okinawa and in the occupation of China. Survivors include: a son, Jimmy J. Quebedeaux of Duson; four daughters, Mrs. Eric (Norma) Guillory, Mrs.

Joseph K. (Judy Ann) Jones Sr. and Mrs. Bob (Carol) Smith, all of Lafayette, and Mrs. Elvin J.
